Status shows unresolved transit delay

If postal updates have ceased for over 5 consecutive business days past the expected arrival window, get in touch with our team within 14 days. We will formally prompt an AusPost case on your behalf. Confirmed transit loss will be resolved through a re-dispatch or account store credit at our discretion.
