7.2 Signature Validation on Delivery

7.3 Missing or Delayed Consignments

Our claims assessment for consignments that fail to arrive follows these conditions:

a) Scan indicates "Delivered" with "Leave in a Safe Place" selected

The purchaser previously shouldered delivery liability at payment. Klow Peptide will not entertain compensation, credit, or reshipments for parcels lost or stolen after verified safe drop. Formal user consent stands verified within the database.

b) Scan indicates "Delivered" with "Do Not Leave Unattended" selected

Should the courier drop the parcel without authorisation, the customer must submit a grievance directly through Australia Post regarding carrier breach. Klow Peptide can furnish dispatch confirmations upon notification but holds no accountability for driver negligence.

c) Scan indicates "Delivered" with "Signature on Delivery" added

d) Scan does not register "Delivered" (In-transit loss)

If electronic tracking stalls and transit records point to an in-transit loss, the recipient must flag the issue within 14 days of the expected arrival date. Klow Peptide will initiate a trace with Australia Post. Upon formal declaration of loss by the carrier, Klow Peptide may arrange a reshipment or account credit at its discretion.

• Voluntary product returns and discretionary refunds cannot be facilitated
• Orders abandoned due to expired or partial remittance are cancelled without restitution
